GM Markets is a permissionless, wallet-native interface to tokenized stocks, ETFs, commodities, and FX, plus on-chain yield vaults across credit, lending, delta-neutral, market-neutral, looping, and active-trading strategies. No. GM Markets is permissionless. Connect a wallet and transact. Jurisdictional eligibility is enforced at the asset level, not per user. Certain tokenized securities are restricted to eligible jurisdictions and, where applicable, to accredited investors verified by Flo at the issuer layer. See Reg D & Reg S.
You do. GM Markets is non-custodial. Tokens live in your wallet from deposit to withdrawal. The only exception is capital you deposit into a DeFi vault, which is held in a ForDeFi MPC wallet operated under a published signer quorum, never in an externally-owned account. See Vaults in MPC custody.
Ethereum, Base, and Arbitrum. Tokens are ERC-20 standard and compatible with Aave, Morpho, Pendle, and any other protocol that accepts ERC-20.
MetaMask and WalletConnect v2. Hardware wallets (Ledger, Trezor) are supported via WalletConnect. A read-only demo wallet populates the site with a sample portfolio for previewing the connected state.
All fees are displayed at the point of transaction: platform fee, performance fee (where applicable), gas, and curator fee on DeFi vaults. All APYs shown across the platform are net of fees. See No hidden fees.
Burn the token from the Trade page. The underlying is liquidated at Interactive Brokers or Alpaca Markets and USDC is settled to your wallet. Standard redemption completes in T+1 to T+2 for tokenized equities, faster for crypto and stablecoin-native vaults.
The protocol continues even if the interface does not. Flo-issued tokens remain redeemable at the issuer layer via Ankura Trust, who serves as the security and collateral agent for all Flo tokenized securities. See Continuity guaranteed.
GM Markets publishes a daily Merkle root of all user balances on-chain. Download your inclusion proof from the dashboard and verify it against the on-chain root using the open-source verifier CLI. See Proof of solvency.
There is no minimum. You can deposit any amount on Markets or Vaults.
The public gm.markets interface is not available to US persons. US verified accredited investors can access tokenized securities directly through Flo under Regulation D Rule 506(c). See Reg D & Reg S compliant.
Check the network congestion indicator on the Trade page. If a transaction shows "pending" for over 10 minutes, you can speed it up or cancel from your wallet. For settlement issues on tokenized asset redemptions, email support@gm.markets with the transaction hash.
