You confirm that you are the rightful holder of the auth credentials you use (Google, email, or external wallet). You are responsible for the security of those credentials.

We collect the minimum information needed to operate the service: your auth provider identity, transactions on your wallet, and product analytics. We do not sell user data.

Your embedded wallet keys remain yours. Privy's privacy practices govern wallet data per their own policies.

On-chain records are permanent. If you request account deletion, we delete server-side profile data, revoke auth, and stop notifications — but the on-chain record of your wallet's transactions persists. This is a property of the blockchain, not our policy.

Analytics on user funnels (signup, deposit, trade, withdraw) are collected anonymously to improve the product. No PII, no wallet addresses, no trade amounts in the funnel pipeline.

GM Markets does not offer its product or services to users in the United States, or in any other restricted jurisdiction. Users from these jurisdictions are prohibited from accessing the product.

This restriction applies to all features of GM Markets, including but not limited to trading, deposits, withdrawals, and the wallet experience. If you are accessing the service from a restricted region, please refrain from using the platform.

The current list of restricted jurisdictions is maintained operationally and may be updated from time to time as regulations evolve.

GM Markets is permissionless. Connect with a wallet, Google, or email and the full product — deposit, trade, withdraw — is yours to use right away. The market reaches you wherever you are, on your own terms.

You are responsible for your own tax obligations. GM Markets does not provide tax advice and does not file tax reports on your behalf.

Total-return model: dividends and corporate actions are reflected in the tokenized asset's NAV (price), not as separate distributions. An increase in NAV is not a taxable event; only realized sales may be.

For your records, you can export a full CSV of your transactions from Portfolio → Export. Consult your tax advisor for treatment in your jurisdiction.

GM Markets is non-custodial. Your keys to your embedded wallet belong to you, and we never have access to your keys or to your funds.

Tokenized stocks and ETFs are backed 1:1 by underlying shares held by regulated market-making partners. Reserves are attested daily; a monthly third-party CPA attestation will be published at /proof-of-reserves.

Trade execution is signed locally with your biometric or passkey. Gas is always sponsored by the paymaster; you never see gas fees.
